Pope Design Group designed the mixed-use building to combine retail, housing and structured parking ramp with efficiency and flexibility. The retail space was designed to enhance visibility for commuters and pedestrians. The Lunds & Byerly’s Northeast Minneapolis store anchors the retail space and the residential units are accessible via private lobbies and elevators and connected to lower level parking.
