Elim Care Baptist Health Care Center is a 140-bed replacement skilled care community that replaces the former Baptist Home in Bismarck, ND.
The care center was phase 1 of a master plan. It features a residential design with “small houses” and shared amenities, including wellness, chapel and town center. The design provides residents personalized dining choices with two kitchens and direct delivery to households.
Phase 2 expands the community and is physically linked to the first phase. The Prairie Pointe Assisted Living expansion adds memory care and assisted living housing and services.
