The Norris Square Senior Housing community opened in 2007 and was the first senior living community in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities. It was designed as the cornerstone of a mixed use development which would include future retail.
Following increased demand for senior housing services, in 2016 Presbyterian Homes embarked on a major expansion to add two buildings with independent living, memory care and skilled care housing. The addition also includes a new town center that offers amenities for residents, including an expanded wellness center and community gathering spaces.
Pope Design Group designed the community and master planned the surrounding campus for future housing, retail and wellness opportunities. Interior design services were provided by Senior Lifestyle Design.
