To support lab testing and sensory evaluations, one international multi-modal food organization doubled the size of its Food Innovation Center.
The existing building was strategically planned to create an efficient lab, testing, and workplace environment. Workspaces are supported with collaboration spaces, and are seamlessly connected to extensive testing facilities, including pressurized testing spaces, a sensory evaluation center and fry lab.
The organization’s expanded facility promotes collaboration and accelerates innovation while helping its customers improve product development.
To create a positive customer experience, the project included design of a welcoming lobby that is nestled near a demonstration kitchen and dining area.
