The new Presbyterian Homes & Services’ new Woodland Hill campus is designed to capture its wooded, hillside surroundings. The exterior amenities and interior design help connect residents to nature. Amenities include extensive walking paths, outdoor patios, a fire pit, market/bistro, restaurant-style dining and wellness studio.
The new community is designed to complement the HealthPartners Hudson Hospital. The project also includes a medical suite for DaVita Dialysis clinic to expand comprehensive health services for the area.
