Trillium Woods Celebrates Expansion Groundbreaking

The spring rain held off last week during the groundbreaking celebration for Trillium Woods’ expansion project.
Pope Design Group joined Life Care Services, LCS Development, Kraus-Anderson Construction and other project partners to kick-off construction on the $56 million campus addition project.
Sam Michael, Associate at Pope Design Group and Project Manager for the expansion project, joined several representatives from the community and project team to speak about the design process and impact of the project at the groundbreaking ceremony.
He shared, “It’s quite the momentous day today as we look at this sand and think about what’s going to be here soon. We are super excited to be a part of this project… we immediately saw the community that you have here. Phase one is beautiful, you have strong resident community, the Trillium Woods staff, Life Care Services. it’s all just been amazing, and we are super thankful to be a part of it.”
Joe Amend-Marshall, Executive Director of Trillium Woods shared, “We are incredibly excited. We are going to be able to serve more people in the Plymouth community in more ways,” said Joe Amend-Marshall, executive director of Trillium Woods.
Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN, is the only Life Plan community in the area. This expansion enhances the community’s offerings for residents seeking an active lifestyle in a casual, upscale environment.
