Miller Milling Company is one of the top milling operations in the U.S., and was operating within a dated space that didn’t support their functional needs.

To support their real estate process, Pope’s team developed a space program and fit plans for candidate office locations, and then supported the team with design services for a new destination workplace.

Eager to create a destination workplace to provide the space and tools for local staff to feel supported and excited to come to the workplace, Miller Milling also needed space to support their increasing virtual collaboration needs. The team worked with company leadership to develop a space program that focused on supporting the hybrid and remote workforce.
