JO Companies is partnering with the City of Brooklyn Center on a 4-story multi-family workforce housing development on 61st & Brooklyn Blvd known as Wangstad Commons.
This development is a 4-story, 54-unit, 100% affordable workforce housing community, offering one, two, three and four-bedroom units for households making incomes of 30%, 50%, and 60% area median income.
Wangstad Commons is adjacent to the City’s Wangstad Park, nearby transit and convenient retail and food resources. The project is designed to meet the State’s SB 2030 program.
