The new branch is located in an existing retail development and features elements developed in Wings’ recently completed branches, with adjustments to fit the reduced building footprint. The design utilizes openness, technology and flexibility to allow employees to serve the wide range of Wings’ members banking needs.
Pairing technology with personal service, features of this branch include a welcoming face at the concierge desk, access to private consultation with a banker at a UBA pod, or a secure real-time face-to-face video experience using an interactive express teller (XT).
